Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CreekFleet collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use our websites, dashboards, applications, fleet tools, and related services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, business name, email, phone number, role, login and authentication records.
  • Fleet information: vehicle identifiers, registration, insurance, inspections, maintenance, repairs, loans, expenses, reservations, and connected hardware.
  • Location and telematics: GPS location, routes, mileage, speed, geofence events, device status, and vehicle-health data when enabled.
  • Customer and transaction data: reservation details, communications, invoices, payment status, and related operational records. Payment-card details may be processed directly by payment providers rather than stored by CreekFleet.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, logs, cookies, diagnostic events, and security activity.
  • Support information: messages, attachments, and other information provided when you contact us.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve CreekFleet.
  • Authenticate users and administer companies, roles, permissions, and accounts.
  • Support reservations, fleet tracking, maintenance, compliance, reporting, alerts, and billing.
  • Detect fraud, misuse, security threats, failures, and technical problems.
  • Communicate service messages, reminders, support responses, and permitted product updates.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect CreekFleet, customers, drivers, and the public.

3. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, email, maps, analytics, payments, GPS hardware, communications, and customer support. We may also disclose information when directed by an authorized company administrator, during a business transaction, to protect rights and safety, or when required by law. CreekFleet does not sell personal information for money.

4. Company administrators

If your account is provided by a business or organization, that organization controls its workspace and may access, export, correct, or delete information associated with its users, vehicles, drivers, and customers. Questions about an organization’s use of data should first be directed to its administrator.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, performance, and analytics. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent parts of the service from working.

6. Data retention

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary based on the type and purpose of the information.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Account holders should use strong unique passwords, restrict roles appropriately, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, and to appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

9. Location information

Vehicle location and telematics can be sensitive. Fleet operators are responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any required consent from drivers, employees, contractors, renters, and other individuals before enabling tracking.

10. Children

CreekFleet is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

11. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where CreekFleet or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
